Sunny Leone's love story, film career being made into biopic in which she will star

It was just this weekend that Sunny Leone was in the news, after she sang the national anthem - reportedly incorrectly - at a Pro Kabaddi event.
However, now the actress is in the headlines for a positive development.
Filmmaker Abhishek Sharma - who had previously directed the Ali Zafar comedy Tere Bin Laden - will now helm a biopic on Sunny's life. And Sunny will be playing herself in the film!
However, this is not the first time the star's life has been documented on film. Canadian photojournalist Dilip Mehta's documentary titled Mostly Sunny Partly Cloudy previously chronicled Sunny's journey into the world of films. It premiered at the Sundance Film Festival 2016.
Abhishek Verma's film, we hear, will be a complete departure from the documentary. Sunny's husband Daniel Weber has also been roped into the project. Verma's will be a more 'masala' version and map Sunny and Daniel's love story, in addition to her career in the glamour business.
Details about the project are being kept under wraps, but fans have been promised more information once the film is finalised.
