Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh Wedding Pics: DeepVeer tie the knot in Italy, Here's the first photos of DeepVeerKiShaadi

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone lovingly called DeepVeer by fans, got married on November 14 in Italy. The couple exchanged vows as per South Indian traditions in Lake Como, Italy, in the presence of their families and close friends. A second ceremony as per Sindhi traditions is scheduled for November 15. 

The duo just like Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli kept the ceremony an intimate affair with only close friends and family in attendance. Before the wedding, the couple exchanged rings following Konkani customs. On Tuesday, they hosted their sangeet and mehendi ceremony.






The ceremony took place in tight security to ensure privacy. Filmmaker Karan Johar was among the first from Bollywood to congratulate the newly-weds. He tweeted: "Such a stunning gorgeous and beautiful couple!!!! Nazar utar lo! Deepika and Ranveer, Badhaai ho!!! Love you both!!! Here's to a lifetime of love and joy!"

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are expected to return to the country on November 18 and will host two receptions - first, on November 21 in Deepika's hometown Bengaluru, and second, on November 28 in Mumbai for friends and colleagues from the industry.
