Virat Kohli is one of the more active cricketers on social media platforms and the Indian captain does not shy away from sharing his views with his fans. Kohli on Teacher’s Day was flying all over the internet space, especially in Pakistan.

The right-handed batsman took to Twitter and shared a picture where he can be seen in front of a wall which has the names of several legendary cricketers who have been a source of inspiration for not only him but many other players which included names of Imran Khan, Javed Miandad, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and Steve Waugh amongst others. With the picture, he wrote a caption which said,”To all the teachers around the world and especially to the ones in the Cricket World. ???????? #HappyTeachersDay.”

Following the tweet, an interesting conversation between two Pakistani nationals went something like this. Syed Aliya Ahmad started the conversation by asking who was the person sitting in front of the wall.

He wrote,”If U Don’t Mind Plzz. Could You Tell Me The Name Of This Gentleman in The Post ?” Following this Farid ul Hasnain posted,”He is Virat Kohli and he’s Indian Cricket team captain. Right now he is the greatest batsman and behind him the name of all renowned cricketers.”

Earlier, on Friday, Kohli during an event said that he will like to “play for another 10 years” if he is able to train as hard as he is at this point of time in his career. Kohli, who will turn 29 in less than two months time, spoke about how players at times don’t realise some things about their bodies.

“Lot of us don’t actually know how far we can push ourselves. May be at times, without knowing, we are only able to realise 70 percent of our potential. Therefore it is necessary to push yourself until you are done. For example, if I train as hard as I train now, I will possibly play for another 10 years,” Kohli said during a promotional event.
