Yesterday a similar kind of wicked accident just get passed in the Australia's domestic Twenty20 Big Bash League match played between Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Renegades .

In the yesterday, game ie on Monday the wicketkeeper of Melbourne Renegades , suffers freak injury after Brad Hodge's bat slip out of his hands while attempting to pull Thisara Perera's short-pitched delivery and directly smashed the Wicketkeep Neville 's mouth as a result a Neville suffered a fracture to the jaw

In a freakish accident, Hodge let go of his bat during the shot sending the willow hurtling towards an unsuspecting Peter Nevil.
Nevil, who made his Test debut for Australia during the 2015 Ashes series, had his eyes fixed on the ball as the bat handle struck him flush in the face.
The 29-year-old was treated by medical staff after he slumped to the ground following the freak accident.

Fortunately the wicketkeeper was able to walk off the pitch unaided to receive further treatment.
According to early reports the 29-year-old passed a concussion test following the end of the game and was being treated for a suspected broken jaw.
