Khiladi: This 1992 Indian suspense thriller was Akshay Kumar's first successful and establish the his image as Khiladi Kumar. Khiladi was the first installment in the Khiladi (film series) which had Khiladi in the title and Akshay in the lead role. 


It was followed by Main Khiladi Tu Anari (1994), Sabse Bada Khiladi (1995), Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi (1996), Mr. and Mrs. Khiladi (1997), International Khiladi (1999), Khiladi 420(2000) and Khiladi 786 (2012).


Hera Pheri 

Hera Pheri: How can we forget the famous trio of Baburao,Shyam, and Raju. Over the years the movie has become a cult classic.


Namastey London 

Namastey London: Based on a true life story of Akshay Kumar's friend, the movie portrayed Akshay in the most dreamy and romantic avatar.


Special 26 

Special 26: The film was inspired by the 1987 Opera House heist where a group posing as Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officers executed an income tax raid on the jeweler in Mumbai. The movie received widespread critical acclaim and was regarded as one of the best films of 2013.

Rustom: Again, the film is based on the real life incident of Naval Officer K. M. Nanavati and businessman Prem Ahuja and Akshay Kumar received the National Film Award for Best Actor at the 64th National Film Awards for his performance.
