So, a Pakistani news channel has outdone all the conspiracy theories regarding the death of veteran actor Om Puri. Pakistani journalist Aamir Liaquat on his programme "Aisay Nahin Chalega" on Bol TV has claimed that the actor was murdered!
In his show, the anchor was citing the 'autopsy findings', although no final report has come out as yet.
Liaquat while blasting other Pakistani media of not "highlighting the murder" claimed that sources say that Puri was murdered.
And unsurprisingly two of Pakistan's favourite men - Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval were the culprits!
He also dragged RSS and Shiv Sena into the conspiracy to kill Puri.
According to Liaquat Puri had last week met Doval in Delhi where he was threatened by the NSA. He was abused, striped and kept in a safehouse for a day.
His bizarre claims did not end there, the anchor goes on to say that Puri was strangled using a pillow and that alcohol was poured into his mouth forcibly.
Liaquat's reason for Modi and Doval killing Puri?
Because he had criticised the Indian Army, his support to Pakistani actors, his "fondness" for Pakistan, and his "interest" in Islam.
If that wasn't enough Liaquat has identified the next targets of Modi-Doval, Fawad Khan and Salman Khan. Liaquat has remained a controversial news anchor in Pakistan.
