'Andaz Apna Apna' Sequel all set To Go On The Floors Soon But without Aamir Khan and Salman Khan!

In Bollywood there are certain movies which are very close to our heart and we just love to watch them again and again! These movies are always as refreshing as they were years before and one of these movies is Andaz Apna Apna.

And if you are looking for the sequel of these movie then there is a good news for you, according to the sources the sequel to this cult classic movie is on the cards.

If source to be believed ,Preeti Sinha, the daughter of the producer Vinay Sinha, who made the original movie, has sold the rights to Anurag Kashyap’s production house Phantom and will collaborating with the house for the movie.

But the bad news is that, After two decades of the film’s release, the sequel of Andaz Apna Apna will not feature its original cast comprising Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Raveena Tondon, Viju Khote, Paresh Rawal etc.

According to a source close to the development, the film will roll towards the year-end with a fresh cast.

The source added:
"It will be an in-house director at the helm, if not Vikas (Queen and Shaandaar director Vikas Bahl), it will be Vikram (Vikramaditya Motwane of Udaan and Lootera fame)"

While many remake speculations often made news, this report has finally put an end to all the rumors.

The source further added:
"The script is locked. It has been developed by Vivek Soni and Hardik Mehta who won a National Award this year for his non-feature film on kite flying in Ahmedabad, Amdavad Ma Famous, under the creative supervision of Vikas. It's a super script and promises loads of fun."

Watching Andaz Apna Apna without Aamir Khan and Salman Khan is like Sholay without Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra! The duo are the life of the movie that made us giggle endlessly in the manner only it could. And the news that has trickled into our bay has left us disheartened!

We are happy with this news and can only hope that new team will rope in actors who are actually as good as Aamir-Salman, if not more.
