TV's most loved show 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' finally aired its last episode on January 24 in a grand manner. The show saw Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur promoting their new movie 'Airlift'. CNWK was a watershed moment in Indian TV's stand-up comedy scene. Bittu Sharma's family - Daadi, Bua, Palak and Gutthi will be in our memory always.

Kapil 'Bittu' Sharma enters the house and it was the last time we would see him coming down from the stairs of his house. The house's set up looked like ready to shift. After Raju and Laccha's funny antics, Akshay Kumar entered the house wth a few goons and bullied Kapil Sharma. Akshay then spoke about his new movie 'Airlift' and was at his funniest best.

It was not only Akshay's movie 'Airlift', but he also completed 25 years in the Bollywood industry. When Kapil asked about his journey, Akshay told him how he didn't receive payment for a movie. He went to the director's house and picked up his radio and juicer and walked out of the house. The audience split their sides with laughter.

When Dadi asked Akshay for the patent 'shagun ki pappi', he called his bouncers back to kiss Daadi. Daadi, known to kiss every celebrity who visits the house, was scandalized and ran away.

Bittu's hot wife, Manju, entered complaining about her husband like always. Akshay decided to teach him a lesson by tying him on a chair and dancing on a romantic number with Sumona. Kapil's expression seeing his wife were too funny to be true. The audience rolled on the floor laughing.

Nimrat looked stunning in a golden dress and entered the house with a bat. The duo promoted their movie and spoke about shooting with each other. The show became hilarious when Kapil and Akshay started pulling Nimrat's leg. It got funnier when Nimrat recited a joke which no one else laughed on except her.

Akshay Kumar and Kapil's argument was amusing and their comic timing, well who can beat that. The show got nostalgic already when Gutthi and Palak entered the house. The audience couldn't stop applauding and there was a vibe that said we will miss the show. From Palak's 'talk to the hand' to Gutthi's patent introduction style 'Gutthi-last episode-Nimrat-Gutthi-Siddhuji-last episode', everything made us go back to when the show started.

From Akshay to Nimrat, to Siddhu, everybody got in splits when Gutthi aka Sunil Grover mimicked Irrfan Khan, Akshay Kumar, Nimrat Kaur and Siddhu. It was perfect. This talented actor is surely a box full of surprises.

The show finally came to an end with everybody dancing on the stage. Bittu and his family- Manju, Dadi, Pinky Bua, Raju, Palak, Gutthi, Lachha, Sidhuji are and will always be a part of our family. However, it was a little unreal when Kapil ended the show on a note like he always does. There was no mention about the last episode and ended abruptly. Was it Channel's fall out or that's how they wanted? Nothing is confirmed yet. But, we will surely miss 'Comedy Nights With Kapil'.
