Virat Kohli Pumps Iron Ahead of India vs West Indies Cricket Test in Jamaica

Virat Kohli is a self-confessed fitness freak. The Indian Test skipper has been in stupendous form in recent months, and credits his fitness regime for his improved form.
"An unfit body is an invitation for negativity", Kohli had recently told NDTV.
The 27-year-old batsman, who scored his maiden double century in the first Test in Antigua, on Tuesday posted a video of himself working out in the gym, hours before the Indian team landed in Kingston, Jamaica, for the second cricket Test match against West Indies.
The video shows Kohli lifting a bar with 10 kg plates on each side.

The Indian team, meanwhile, will face West Indies at the Sabina Park from Saturday. The visitors have previously managed to win two Tests at this venue, drawing three and losing six of total 11 matches played.

India won the first Test in Antigua by an innings and 92 runs to take the lead in the four-Test series. West Indies have not beaten India in a Test series since October 2002.
