Scores of BJP and Hindu Raksha Dal volunteers staged
protests outside Mahagun Mall in Vaishali and at Mohan Nagar
intersection against the screening of Shah Rukh Khan's film 'Dilwale'
which hit theatres today.
SHO, Indirapuram, Gorakh Nath Yadav said police force reached the Mahagun Mall and dispersed the BJP protesters who were trying to enter the Mall for interrupting the show.
SHO, Sahibabad, Haridayal Singh Yadav said that 'Hindu Raksha Dal' volunteers assembled outside World Square Mall at Mohan Nagar and burnt the film's posters.
Police force stationed at the mall prevented the protesters from entering inside the mall.
Security has been provided at cinema halls screening the film, police said.
Hindu Raksha Dal president Pinki Chaudhary told that anti national statements of Shah Rukh Khan on intolerance is the main reason for obstructing the screening of his movie ‘Dilwale’.

Activist Suraj Soni of Jansamasya Nivaran Manch said that people were appealed to boycott the film over Khan's statement.
