| THERE is a spooky sight on Google Street View which is set to send ghost hunters into a frenzy. |
While innocently looking for a local fish and chip shop on Google Street View he spotted something eerie in the pub’s window and he was quick to share on social media.
“I zoomed in on Google Street View and what can only be described as a weird face or a possible ghost is staring out of the window.”

Local paranormal expert and author, Tom Slemen revealed that this was not the first time The Stuart Hotel had been at the centre of paranormal attention.
In 1897, the then landlord of the Stuart Hotel, Robinson Pemberton, heard strange scratching noises in the cellar.
Initially Robinson believed it was a scurrying rat, but then the noises became so loud that even the neighbours could hear them.

He had the place searched and all the window were left opened and the noises stopped.
Then one night, a drinker rapped three times on the walls of the pub one night and he received three knocks back.
The noises began again and were only licensed when a priest left a Bible in the cellar.
He said: “There are 150 haunted pubs in Liverpool, and the Stuart Hotel is one of them, although, as far as I know, most of the ghostly goings-on happened in the pub’s past.
“I cannot vouch for the authenticity of the faces in the windows; they do look eerie though.”
