ICC Champions Trophy 2017: Sachin Tendulkar To Make Commentary Debut During India-Pakistan Game

Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar is all set to make his commentary debut during the epic clash between Inda and Pakistan on June 4. He will be the part of the Hindi commentary team along with Aakash Chopra, Sunil Gavaskar, Saba Karim and Virender Sehwag.



This will his first stint as a commentator, though he has worked as a cricket expert with a news channel during the 2015 World Cup. Sachin will be doing only Hindi commentary and has not been contacted for doing commentary in English. As per reports, he will be there for only one game i.e. between India and Pakistan and will not be there in the further games that Indian team will be participating in.




The channel is yet to make this news public and want to keep this as a surprise package till the last moment so as to the attract audience. In 2015 World Cup in the game against Pakistan, channel roped Amitabh Bachchan for a short stint, which attracted a lot of audiences.



Indian team kick off its Champions Trophy campaign against Pakistan on June 4 at Edgbaston. The defending Champions Trophy will take Sri Lanka and South Africa later which will decide their further stay in the tournament.
